1. The "Don't Be a Muppet" Rule
By using this site, you agree to be a decent human. Don't try to hack the site, don't scrape our data, and don't pretend to be me. We’re here for the trains, not the drama.
2. Shipping & Handling
- Patience is a Virtue: We aren't Amazon. Every order is handled with care, but sometimes the "logistics train" runs late. We’ll get your gear to you as fast as we can.
- Address Accuracy: If you give us the wrong address and your shirt ends up in a different state, that’s on you. Double-check your details!
3. Returns & Refunds
- Change of Mind: Since many items (like custom badges or shirts) are made to order, we generally don’t do "change of mind" returns.
- Faulty Goods: If your gear arrives damaged or the print is wonky, send us a photo. We’ll make it right. We want you looking sharp trackside.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Logos: All the designs you see here—including the train graphics and the Streamlined Railfanning seals—belong to iSpotTrains.
- No Copy-Cats: Don't take my hard work, slap it on a cheap gildan tee, and try to sell it yourself. That’s low-tier behavior.
5. Content & Accuracy
We try to keep the train specs and shop info 100% accurate. But hey, we’re human. If there’s a typo or a price error, we reserve the right to fix it without the world ending.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide the gear and the content; how you use it is up to you. iSpotTrains is not responsible if you trip over a rail while wearing our hoodie (stay behind the yellow line, folks!).
